Connaught Energy Ltd. – Established in 2001, Connaught is a Calgary-based private energy company pursuing conventional oil and gas in Western Canada as well as coalbed methane and natural gas from tight shales in Western Canada and the UK.
Ember Resources Inc. – Ember is a Calgary-based public energy company focusing on coalbed methane (CBM) in Alberta. Ember’s shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the trading symbol EBR. The company has an industry-leading CBM asset base and technical team focused in central Alberta.
